There are different types of career fairs at schools for different ages. For the small kids it is pretty basic. You could get a 15 minute portion of time and tell some little ones about your company and what you do every day. They will have all sorts of questions at any age, so you don't have to worry about having a long speech prepared. Your goal is reaching out to the community and the parents of these kids. They will go home and tell their parents all about their day and your company will be part of that.

Make sure that you are prepared when you go to the schools. You have to have something in mind that you are going to talk about and you need giveaways. Have promotional items to give to each child and the teachers that you deal with. Give them stuff that they can use at their level. Office supplies are sometimes interchangeable with school supplies.
