Smart Promotional Gift Ideas For Mailing

Keeping your customers satisfied and happy with your business is always a smart idea. If you have a business that is done all through the mail then you have to use the mail to show your appreciation. This could be a web business or just a mail order business. You can show your customers that they mean a lot to you by sending out easily mail-able promotional gifts.

It would not make sense to mail things that will cost a lot because of their bulk or weight. A nice chunky coffee mug would be a great gift to someone walking into a business but it would add too much weight and take up too much room to be mailed. You want to use items that will fit within the current method that you have for mailing.

If your business is a web based one then you will definitely want to include some computer related items in the box you are sending. A mouse pad is a really good choice. It isn't too big and does not weigh very much. You have a lot of leeway how you can design this too. It can be incredibly colorful with pictures or a funky artistic design. Or you might want to stick with something more stylish and smooth. Whatever you do it will work to sit there and remind customers to shop with you again.

People have to write so using pens is smart for this as well. There are all sorts of pens and pencils that you can invest in for your customers. Some are funky and silly with all sorts of additions like feathers or hanging on a necklace. You can use colorful gel pens for giveaways that people will really get a kick out of. There are even some nice mechanical pencil sets that are great for this. You just have to customize them with the company logo or web address and you are ready to go.

Another small thing that people have a tendency to keep is promotional magnets. You can go several ways with the design of these. You can make them really pretty, such as in a flower shape or a shiny bubble shape. You can also make them resemble a business card and have all of the info that is normally on a business card. These are the kind of thing that will get stuck on a refrigerator or filing cabinet. A really useful version would be a nice magnetic clip with the company logo on front.

Quality promotional pens are one of the appropriate things to send to customers because of their slim size. Promotional mugs are great, but they are too bulky for this purpose.
